Ulster scored an unanswered 24 points in the early part of the first half, scoring three tries. Flanker Neil Best touched down on 13 minutes followed two minutes later by Scott Young with Paddy Wallace bagging Ulster's third on 26 minutes. Out-half Adam Larkin converted all three tries, adding to his early penalty after just 6 minutes.
The Ospreys replied with a Gareth Morris try just on the half-hour mark which full-back Gavin Henson converted.

Ospreys opened the scoring in the second half with a try from skipper Barry Williams however, Ulster notched up their 4th try of the night, and the all important bonus point, when, after heavy pressure, Warren Brosnihan crossed the line, Adam Larkin converting to bring the score to Ulster 31 - 12 Ospreys.
The Ospreys got a late try during injury time from centre Dave Tiueti, which was converted.

Ulster remain top of the Celtic League table, two points ahead of the Gwent Dragons who defeated third placed team Llanelli by 15 - 9.
